B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.

C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use premium international shipping carriers for transit and reliable local postal services (such as USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.) for final delivery to your doorstep.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@3dstylecraft.com.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service via email for the next steps.
G. TAX AND DUTIES
We ship to the locations listed above on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
