CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
At 3DStyleCraft (operated by AOING INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED), we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process and manufacture your custom orders. Please review our cancellation and modification policy below.
1. TIME WINDOW FOR CANCELLATIONS
Since our products are made-to-order, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 2 hours of the order being placed.
- Within 2 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order for free. We will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
- After 2 Hours: Your order will have entered the production phase. At this point, materials have been prepared and customized for you, so we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE
To initiate a cancellation or modification within the 2-hour window, you must contact us immediately via email:
- Email: info@3dstylecraft.com
- Subject Line: Please use "CANCEL ORDER #12345" or "MODIFY ORDER #12345" (replace with your actual order number).
A representative of 3DStyleCraft will verify the time of your request and confirm via email if the cancellation was successful.
3. ALREADY SHIPPED ORDERS
If an order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
4. REFUND TIMELINE
If your cancellation is approved (within the 2-hour window), please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
