This Return & Refund Policy is applicable to all orders placed with 3DStyleCraft (operated by AOING INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. RETURN PERIOD

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

A. Defective or Damaged Items (Manufacturer Error)

Since our products are customized, we take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description/preview, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Conditions considered as "Defective":

  • Significantly different from the description or preview shown;
  • Damaged due to factory or carrier fault;
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size, wrong design);
  • Blurry or poor-quality printing (not present in the original file).

Do I need to return the defective item?
In most cases for defective custom items, you do not need to return the item. We simply ask for photo or video proof of the issue to process your claim.

B. Change of Mind / Customer Error

Because our products are custom-made to order based on your specific design and size selection, please allow minor differences.

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (Change of Mind) or choosing the wrong size, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

3. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM (PROCESS)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within the 30-day window:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your Order Number;
  • Photo or Video evidence of the defective product (if applicable);
  • A brief description of the issue.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send your return to the address on your package or the business address listed on our website. That is our administrative office, not our return warehouse, and your package may be lost.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the correct return warehouse address and instructions via email.

4. FEES AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  • For Defective Items: We (the store) cover the shipping costs, or issue a refund without requiring a return.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if the tracking has not updated for more than 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), please contact us immediately.

We will verify with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
